EULA - End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between you and Attila Szalkai from White Stone Studio (publisher). By installing, copying, downloading, or otherwise using this Software, you agree to be bound to the terms within. If you do not agree to terms of this agreement, do not use or install this software.

Please read the following terms carefully:

1. GRANT OF LICENCE

The publisher grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) computer for non-commercial purposes. You may use the Software on a second computer so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person and not more than once copy is used simultaneously.

You may not modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile any part of this Software. You may not re-sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software, or create derivative works based on this Software.

Except for those expressly granted in this agreement, the publisher retains all rights and titles to this Software.

2. COPYRIGHT AND DISTRIBUTION

This Software and all related information is owned by the publisher and protected by international treaties and copyright laws.

You acknowledge and understand that there are two versions of this Software: a shareware/demo version as well as a full registered version which can be purchased from the publisher. You may freely distribute the shareware/demo version provided that the Software is not modified in any way. You may not distribute copies of the registered version to others. Any unauthorized distribution of your registered version will result in the immediate and automatic termination of this license. Any unauthorized distribution of the registered version will also be treated as software piracy and may be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law.

3. NO WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE PUBLISHER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. THE PUBLISHER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFIT, LOSS OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, OR LOSS OF PRIVACY, EVEN IF THE PUBLISHER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS "AT YOUR OWN RISK" AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE IS BORNE BY YOU.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the publisher with respect to this software. The terms of this agreement can only be modified by express written consent of both parties. If any part of this agreement is held unenforcable as written, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and will not affect the enforceability of any other part. This agreement superseded all prior agreements, oral and written, regarding the use of this Software.
